Priya Nair, M.D. earned her medical degree in India and subsequently completed her internship at Louisiana State University . She completed her fellowship in Rheumatology at Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans.
She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology and is a member of the American College of Rheumatology. She has been in private practice for
over five years.
Along with the other physicians at the Arthritis Centers of Texas, she sees patients with a wide variety rheumatologic problems such as RA, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, and other connective tissue diseases. Her special interest is in Osteoporosis and newer treatments of RA and SLE.
Dr. Nair has been a resident of Plano for the past five years, where she lives with her physician husband and two children. In her spare time she likes to spend time with family, travel, and volunteer work for non-profit organizations.
