How It Works

OFFICE VISITS

Office visits are by appointment only. Your first appointment will last approximately one hour. Additional time may be required if lab and/or x-rays are ordered. Please take these time requirements into account when planning your day around your appointment. You will be contacted several days in advance to remind you of your appointment and to confirm that you will be able to keep your appointment. The direct phone number for confirming your appointment is 214-580-3630. You may also call this number ask questions about your appointment or to reschedule your appointment if necessary.

APPOINTMENTS

Appointment times are reserved for you, so we request that cancellations be made at least by noon the day prior to your appointment. You may be charged a fee for failure to keep an appointment which has not been cancelled in advance. Appointments that are not confirmed by noon on the day prior to your appointment may be cancelled and given to another patient.

FEES

The fees for your office visit will vary depending on the number and complexity of problems discussed with your provider and the length of your visit. There will be an additional charge if x-rays, labs, or other services are ordered. Visit our office page for additional information. Payment of deductibles and co-pays are collected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit cards.
